I am passionate about learning new things, that’s why I become a physicist primarily and that’s why I will most probably not work in Physics. I was a junior developer at a fun company in Budapest, afterwards tried a data science job at Ericsson, which was not my cup of tea and currently I am part of a bioinformatics research group and doing a CS PhD at Eötvös Loránd University. I love travelling, reading books, coding and last but not least my wife, Sára. I started this blog to showcase my knowledge, interests and views about machine learning in general. There is no strict order in which to read posts and there are most probably a lot of mistakes in some of them but I always try to give the best explanations according to my, then current understanding of the topic. Below I present some quotes that inspire me a lot:
However bad life may seem, while there is life there is hope and only death have none. (Theocritus)
The first part of this quote was the motto of Stephen Hawking, on of the greatest physicist of all, who have passed away recently.
What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? (Mark 8, 36)
This verse from the Bible has accompanied me since I first read it. And of course I must mention this as well:
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mistery, but today is a gift. That is why it’s called the Present. (Master Oogway)
That’s it about me in short, read on dear friend.
